And in his place COO Greg Brown will be stepping up. Zander is stepping down on his terms and chose to use the end of the first quarter where Motorola saw a profit as a good time to announce it.
I knew Motorola wasn’t doing too good because they haven’t released a hot product in a long time, but I had no idea it was this bad. It seems like the CEO’s of the entire mobile industry are stepping down, except in the companies that made money like ATT, Samsung, and HTC.
The soon-to-be CEO of Motorola, Mr. Brown, plans to use the small profits they saw this most current quarter to bring Motorola out of its slumber. But analysts are saying that Mr. Brown has a long way to go before Motorola can expect to see consistent profits again, good luck Mr. Brown, that’s all I have to say.
If you ever thought a tuba and a baritone’s horns would make good speakers, it turns out you were right. As proven by these speakers enclosing 4 subwoofers and a ceiling-high box and then letting what literally looks like the bells from those two instruments be the only outlet for sound, you get some amazing sound quality.
There also appears to be a rather large tweeter on the side too. The efficiency of this speaker is amazing at 100dB/1watt/1meter and the amplifier outputs a mere 15 watts.
If you want the full dimensions of this behemoth, its 90.5×59×51.2 inches and weighs in at 1364 pounds each. You can get the horns in your choice of automotive finishes, and you can buy them for an astronomical $387,700 right now. Trust me, if I were a millionaire, I’d have a pair of these in my gaming/computer room.

You can now go to http://support.ea.com/rockband for any problems you are experiencing with any of the Rock Band hardware. Harmonix says they have fixed the issue in subsequent manufacturing runs of the guitar so you shouldn’t have to worry about it if you decided to wait to purchase.
They also said that they are looking into the issue with the GHIII Les Paul guitars and that they don’t have any answers for those looking for stand-alone guitars or drums for the game, but they are looking into all three. They also noted that they do read the forums on their sites and that they are constantly trying to give people the best possible answer/solution for any problems they may be having.
