Samsung‘s ST30 and ST6500 aren’t the company’s only new digicams today; there’s also the mid-range ST95, ST90 and ST65 on offer. Set to arrive in February, the cameras are under 17mm thick, with 16-megapixels on offer in the ST95 and 14-megapixels in the ST90 and ST65.
The Samsung ST95 also gets a 3-inch touchscreen, but all three models support 720p HD video recording (with the ST95 also throwing in H.264 support). A 5x optical zoom is standard across the range, as is smart auto and smart filter.
Samsung expects the ST95 to be priced at $199.99 when it arrives next month, while the ST90 will be $149.99. Finally, the Samsung ST65 will be a mere $129.99.

While February 10th may be a big date for a lot of people in the United States for another reason, those who find themselves in Japan on that date have something else to look forward to. Especially if they’re looking for a new camera that has a gold tint to it. Sony has recently announced the upcoming availability of a new, themed NEX-5 digital camera, showing off the brand new gold edition.
The NEX-5 series of digital cameras, featuring interchangeable lenses, is a popular camera around the world. Sony hasn’t changed anything other than the case, though. So the camera will still come with either a 16mm lens, or 18-55mm lens. As for the price, it looks like it will sell for around $1,150 when it launches on February 10th in Japan. There’s no word on whether or not the device will launch in other regions in the future.

Sony has unveiled a few more digital cameras today and these cameras have some cool features. The new cameras include the new TX and WX lines with some world first features onboard. The cameras include the TX100V, the TX10, HX7V, WX10, and WX9 digital cameras. They all share many of the same features like Dual Rec technology to take pictures and still video at the same time with a single imager, which is a first on any camera in the world.
The TX100v is the first compact digital still camera to offer 1920 x 1080 video resolution with output for your TV. The camera also has a 3.5-inch OLED touchscreen and more. The WX10 is one of the few still cameras that include a high-speed linear auto focus feature that allows focusing speeds similar to what you see on a DSLR. The TX100V has a 16.2MP image sensor and GPS and it supports 3D still shots and panoramas with pricing at $380.
The TX10 is waterproof, dustproof, and shock proof with a 3-inch rear LCD, 1080i movie mode, and a 16.2MP image sensor and it will sell for about $330. The HX7V has a Sony G lens with 10x optical zoom, 3D capability, GPS, 16.2MP resolution and 10fps bursts with pricing at $300. The WX10 will sell for $280 and will have 10fps shooting at 16.2MP resolution. It also has manual modes and 3D capability. The WX9 is going to sell for $220 with 16.2MP resolution, 10fps bursts, and more. All of the cameras will land in March.
Sony has tossed out a bunch of new digital cameras at CES today with several offerings running the gamut of features at different price points. The new models slot into the W, H, and T series of cyber-shot digital cameras and are aimed at folks looking for affordable digital cameras. The new W-series line has Sweep Panorama modes and SteadyShot image stabilization. The cams also have iAuto mode to optimize settings, feature Face Detection, and smile shutter. The W-series line range includes units priced from $110 to $180.
The next new line is the T-series with the DSC-T110 camera that has a 16.1MP image sensor and a 3-inch touchscreen LCD on the back. The camera has Sweep Panorama mode and can record movies in 720p resolution. The camera will sell for about $230. Sony has also unveiled the new 10x optical zoom DSC-H70 digital camera with a 16.1MP image sensor, 720p HD movie mode, optical SteadyShot, and a 25mm wide-angle lens. It will sell for about $230.
The Sony DSC-W510 is part of the W-series I mentioned before has a 26mm lens, Sweep panorama, SteadyShot, and a 12.1MP image sensor. The screen on the rear of the camera is 2.7-inches. It will sell in February for $110 in silver, black, pink, and red.

The NX11 will come complete with an 18-55mm i-Function lens, as well as two new i-Function lenses, a 20mm pancake and a 20-50mm zoom silver color lens. The launch reinforces the company’s commitment to leading innovation in the compact system camera market.
Fujifilm has unveiled a bunch of new digital cameras at CES 2011 today and one of the new ones is the FinePix HS20 EXR. This camera has a new 16MP EXR CMOS sensor and a massive 30x optical zoom lens. That lens covers the equivalent of 24 – 720mm. The rear LCD of the camera is 3-inches wide and the cam has 1600% wide dynamic range.
Other features include 8 fps burst shooting, HD movie mode, anti-blur technology and a host of other automatic features and settings. The HS10 is a similar camera with a 10MP resolution compared to the HS20 16MP resolution. The dynamic range of the HS10 is 400% and the HS10 lacks the SDXC compatibility, film simulation modes, EXR processor, TTL flash, and remote release compatibility that the HS20 offers.
Fujifilm has also pulled the F550 and F500 EXR cameras out of the shadows as well. Both use a new 16MP EXR CMOS sensor. They also has 15x optical zoom, 3-inch LCD, anti-blur modes, RAW format support, and HD movie capture modes along with lots of film simulation modes and automated settings. The difference between the two is that the F500 lacks GPS functionality and anti-blur tech. The F550 shoots bursts at 8 fps and the F500 only hits 3 fps in bursts.
Kodak will be unveiling a lot of new gear at CES 2011 in the coming week. The gear will include several new cameras and a digital photo frame among other stuff. The stuff that Kodak has announced includes the new Easyshare Touch camera with a $149.99 MSRP in the US. The camera has a 3-inch touchscreen on the back and can shoot 720p video. It has 14MP resolution and 5x optical zoom.
The Easyshare mini is a $99.95 camera that is about the size of a credit card with 10MP resolution, 3x optical zoom, and a mirrored front for self-shots. The rear LCD is a 2.5-inch unit and it has video recording and more. The Easyshare Sport will sell for $79.95 and is waterproof to ten feet and dustproof as well. It has a 12MP resolution and a 2.4-inch LCD.
The Playful Video Camera will sell for $149.99 and can record in 1080p resolution and shoot 5MP still shots. The camera is aimed at sharing video online and has an easy to use Share button for uploading. The Playsport Video Camera will sell for $179.95 and is waterproof to ten feet and shockproof as well with 1080p video and 5MP stills.
The digital photo frame is the Pulse and is has a 7-inch screen version for $129.95 and a 10-inch version for $199.95 and will turn itself off when it sense no one is in the room. It also has an email address so friends can send pics to the frame. Kodak has also announced that it is launching 3D photo prints from Kodak AIO printers with software and printing solutions.
